Paleo Trail Mix Recipe

This combination of nuts, fruits, sweet and savoury is what I like to have in my mix. You can certainly try different combinations or simply swap and add different spices. Some of my friends have gone for apricot etc. which also works a treat.

I opt for raw nuts and seeds. 

This is a great paleo snack idea that you can prepare and store.

This recipe makes 8 servings. Has a prep time of about 5 minutes and no minutes cooking time. This is a great paleo snack idea to keep away any hunger pangs.

The whole dish for 8 servings contains


 Paleo Trail Mix Recipe


1 cup raw almonds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup dried blueberries

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup coconut chips



  1. Easy! Just mix and store in an airtight container
