If it worked for out ancestors for over 2.5 million years, it sure will serve us well.
Paleo Diet For Beginners – What to Expect?
I am not gonna lie, I found getting into the Paleo diet extremely difficult because unlike other “diets” this was not a diet, it was a lifestyle and I was surprised at some of the hurdles and eye openers I came across on my “journey”. I had to go through and hell and high water to figure things out so I wrote my first book as basically a resource I wish I had when I was first starting out and maybe I wouldn’t have wasted all that time and I hope you dont waste time either and maybe you may choose to not follow the Paleo lifestyle
Once you get the ball rolling and start leading a Paleo Lifestyle, you will come across the biggest hurdle… This is make or break!!!
For me this was boredom! I grew up in South East Asia and I am used to a lot of flavour and spices in my food. On the Paleo diet, theres only so much Chicken and Broccoli you can stomach before craving some adventurous food. I fell off the bandwagon a few times until I looked around for Paleo recipes that had more flavour and I couldn’t find any that had good recipes so fast forward 12 months and I published my own.

Primal Blueprint : This is my go to store for trusted Paleo weight loss products and supplements. These products really helped me on my journey and still do.
What I like about this is that its founded by Mark Sisson and he is a massive name in the Paleo industry. This guy is a 60 year old sporting an awesome six pack! Talk about credibility

Paleo Treats : Its inevitable, you will be doing so well and suddenly the cravings will strike. You will start to crave chocolate and other treats. The worst thing is there are a lot of products out there claiming to be Paleo but they are not.
