Right, so a quick search on the Internet will bring up a plethora of information on the Paleo diet. The problem here is, it’s so confusing and often contradicting, it’s only natural to feel more confused than when starting out. Well, that’s how I felt when I started my search on Paleo diet for beginners.

What foods are recommended on the Paleo diet?
I get asked this question a million times and you can get a full comprehensive list of what I incorporate into my diet on Paleo diet approved foods list. If you want to compile a list in your own, the tactic I used was to think like a hunter gatherer myself and see what one would have had access to and consumed.
Is Paleo the one for me?
Again with so many self proclaimed experts out there saying this is the way forward and others coming up disproving it for attention. The problem I had when starting out was I didn’t know how to go forward, I highly recommend that you look at this objectively, evolution happens! Maybe we didn’t come from monkeys but evolution does happen on a very small basis that adds minor tweaks to our systems to adapt better to changing surroundings. With this in mind, does it not make perfect sense that a machine that took 2.5 million years to perfect is probably better than something that has been developing over 10,000 years? What the hell am I talking about? Well, we consumed a Paleo diet over 2.5 million years and agriculture comes along 10.000 years ago. Get my drift?
Does the Paleo diet work?
Aha. The million dollar or should I say billion dollar question. Again, I will not tell you what to do, I will merely lay out the facts and let you decide.
Ever watch supersize me? Did you see how bad and ugly Morgan felt? That’s because of all the crap he was eating. Going Paleo means you become selective of what you eat, you respect your body more and you will feel good for having the control and removing the toxins from your body gradually (see Paleo cleanse).
From a scientific point of view, I don’t need to go over that junk food is bad for you.
How do I get started?
Simple really, I hope the information you find in Paleo diet for beginners will give you all the tools and resources for you to build the right foundation and get started.
I created this resource because when I started, there was not a lot of information out there to get me started on the right track. I started, did it for a bit and when the information got confusing or contradicting, I lost myself.
The aim of this website is basically a resource I wish I had when I started out.
